How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal.

Are all orders paid in full?

Yes, the full amount for all item(s) ordered will be charged to your credit card. Online orders cannot be paid for on an installment basis.

How do I track my online, phone/fax or mail order?

To check the status of your order at any time, go to Order Status, which is accessible from the top of any page.

Can I customize my purchase?

Villaggio does offer customization, sometimes at no charge to the buyer. Please contact us for more details.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Villaggio?

We respect our customer's privacy. No customer information is made available to outside companies without your consent. Information gathered online is used solely for the purpose of personalizing product information on Villaggio. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

What if I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card number online? Can I still order Villaggio products?

You can also order via telephone, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT (excluding holidays) at 281.236.2038.

What is the worst thing that could happen?

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If it is evident that your card was compromised as a result of a transaction with Villaggio.com, we will reimburse you for the liability, up to $50.00.

Which part of Villaggio's Web site is secure?

Both the final Checkout process and the Registration area are secure.

What are your shipping policies?

VillaggioCeramics.com can ship to virtually any address around the world. The total shipping charge is automatically calculated and displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

For your convenience, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS Ground. If shipping address is a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, rural address, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico your order will ship via United States Postal Service. Please select "Standard Shipping" if any of these apply to you; otherwise, select the shipping method that is most convenient for you. If you prefer another shipping company, we can make arrangements so please Contact Us.

Most orders may be shipped to P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO address, but some restrictions may apply.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Military APO / FPO orders and orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses cannot be shipped via Second Day or Overnight Priority service.

For orders shipping to APO/FPO locations, please select AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada; AA for Armed Forces Americas; and AP for Armed Forces Pacific. Also make sure that you have selected United States in the Country field.

Our shipping and processing charges are based on the total amount of your purchase. This rate is valid only in the Continental USA for orders shipping USPS or UPS ground. The cost will be adjusted for other countries and/or provinces and for customers requesting a carrier other than UPS. These charges are designed to cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or to the recipients you designate.

When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 5 - 7 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. Please allow up to five days for confirmation of orders sent via Standard Shipping.

Your order may be subject to customs fees and import duties levied by the country where your order is shipped, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All products are shipped to countries outside the United States are subject to an import fee.

For products shipped outside the U.S., the buyer is responsible for making sure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

You should also be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Villaggio may provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Please note that because of customs requirements, we must state the value of any gift item directly on the package.

Returns & Replacements -- The rules noted above also apply to any replacement product we might ship. If you return a product to Villaggio, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Customs, Duties and Taxes -- Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country

When we use Priority International Shipping to ship to you, VillaggioCeramics.com will estimate and collect an Import Fees Deposit. These funds will be used to pay the necessary Import Fees on your (or the recipient's) behalf.

By ordering for international shipment, you authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your (or the recipient's) agent to clear the merchandise with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country.

Please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes as well. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Since customs policies vary widely by country; we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information.

What if the actual Import Fees are more than the fees I paid?

You will not be charged any additional fees if the actual Import Fees exceed the estimated Import Fees Deposit.

What if the actual Import Fees are less than the fees I paid?

You will be refunded the difference via the payment method you used for your order.

When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to process all orders within 24 - 72 hours. Our deadline for priority shipments is 10:00 am EST.

Standard shipping for in-stock merchandise is 7-13 business days. Custom orders take longer, depending upon which items you select for personalization. If an item is not in stock or needs to be ordered from the respective manufacturer, we will inform you and send you estimated delivery date once your order is placed.

Sometimes it may be necessary to special order an item. If this is going to result in a substantial delay in you receiving your product, you will be notified via E-Mail and given the option of choosing another item or canceling the order.

What is your return policy?

If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased from VillaggioCeramics.com, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund within 15 days, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. You must contact us with 5 days of receiving the item and ship within 10 days of receipt.

All special order and Custom order designs and patterns cannot be returned. In this instance all orders are final and no returns will be offered.

The item must be returned in the original packaging, and with all paperwork, to ensure full credit.

No returns or refunds will be granted after the five (5) calendar day period has expired. If we receive notification from you within the five (5) days, we will refund the purchase price in full to your credit card

after receiving the ceramics undamaged (for satisfaction guaranteed claims) or damaged (for damaged ceramics claims). Shipping charges are not refundable.

Credit -- You can expect a refund within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Return Instructions:
  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Package the item to be returned securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. If you no longer have your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item you are returning.
  • All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer; if an item has been shipped in error, you will be credited for shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:
